I would like to nominate Kimberly Christenson for employee of the month. Kim has been very helpful and diligent in identifying, facilitating and responding to patient’s issues and complaints.
She began her patient interactions by conducting survey calls to ventilator and trach patients. She immediately built a rapport with the caregivers and often contacted the correct department to help resolve any patient issues that were identified.
More recently, Kim has been involved with the CFI process. She goes above and beyond by reaching out to patients, listening to them and trying to understand their concerns while de-escalating the situation. Kim’s coordination and collaboration with other departments are exceptional. This perseverance exhibits true SuperCare Health’s core values and puts the patients that we service first and foremost with a can-do attitude. Thank you for being someone we can always count on! I’m so grateful for all of your hard work. The entire SuperCare Health team thanks you for everything you do.
