TeleCare appointments are intended for patients receiving equipment and/or services from SuperCare Health. Please choose an appointment time below to connect with a SuperCare Health respiratory therapist. Please have your equipment and supplies ready for your appointment.
A confirmation email will be sent with a link to access your TeleCare Visit. To ensure that your respiratory therapist is able to see you during the appointment, please access the link on a video-accessible device such as a cellphone, tablet or laptop.
*** PHILIPS RECALL INFORMATION: Philips is responsible for repair or replacement of your affected device. Philips requires patients self-register their devices to get serviced in the recall process.
