Website Accessibility Statement

SuperCare Health
Last reviewed: 05/2026

SuperCare Health is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to people with disabilities. We are working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard adopted by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Current status

Our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the website do not yet fully meet the standard. We have an active remediation plan in place and are making improvements on a continuing basis.

Measures we are taking

To support accessibility, SuperCare Health is:

  • Conducting a comprehensive accessibility audit of supercarehealth.com
  • Remediating identified issues across content, page templates, and interactive elements
  • Reviewing third-party platforms used in our patient and applicant experiences for their own accessibility conformance
  • Engaging an independent firm to perform a final conformance audit prior to the May 11, 2027, federal compliance deadline
  • Adding accessibility checks to our content publishing process

Compatibility

Our website is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Recent versions of major screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
  • Browser keyboard navigation
  • Browser zoom up to 200%
  • Operating system text-size and contrast settings

The website is designed to work in the latest two versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some portions of our website may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

  • Some images may have non-descriptive alternative text pending the current remediation pass
  • Some forms and embedded interactive elements are being updated to improve label and error-message clarity
  • Some videos do not yet have captions or transcripts

We are addressing each of these as part of our active remediation plan.

Third-party content

Some functions on our website are provided by third-party platforms, including patient billing, equipment resupply, prescription refills, careers applications, and live chat. The accessibility of these third-party platforms is the responsibility of each vendor. We are actively engaging these vendors to confirm their conformance status. If you encounter a barrier on a third-party platform linked from our site, please contact us using the information below and we will work with the vendor or provide an alternative.
