Juan came to Supercare as part of the Advancare acquisition in 2016; he has always shown that he is driven and dedicated to our patients. In the last 10 months Juan has truly shown he lives our core values. He has been working on his own at the location, balancing the office work that needs to be done on a weekly basis, the daily deliveries and set ups and handling on call. Although he has been offered assistance on multiple occasions he always says “I got this!; I’ll let you know when I need help.” He has averaged 225 per month on his own, this is above and beyond. Juan THANK YOU for being understanding during these difficult times with so many hiring challenges.
