We would like to submit Savannah Stephenson our Talent Acquisition for Employee of the Month. Savannah has shown her passion and dedication with recruitment to not only SuperCare Health but for Rick’s Medical Supply as well. Savannah joined the SCH Family late Sept 2021 and within the first month of being with us, she completely took the reins and started working independently. She immediately dove into our Applicant Tracking System BreezyHR and started recruiting for our open positions. During the first 4 full months of being with us (Oct ‘21 – Jan ‘22) she assisted with reviewing 222 candidate resumes, assisted the hiring management teams with 94 offers, and has completed 58 onboarding sessions with new hires! She was able to set up a separate account in BreezyHR for RMS, where the leadership team who needed visibility to both SCH and RMS, are able to switch back and forth through company’s under the same login’s they’ve had. She was also able to integrate the new company’s BreezyHR account with RMS company website. With SCH being new in the Oregon territory with RMS, we’ve had some challenges with the pre-screening clinics available out there. Savannah jumps on the phone with our pre-screening company to assist with finding new clinics or she will take it upon herself to start searching/calling for clinics closer in the area and inquiring about their billing system. With her doing this, it saves the candidates time in travel and expedites the pre-screening process. Savannah is not afraid to dive into new resources that will help the recruiting and hiring process. She does all these things with the most positive attitude, is always looking for ways to improve upon our processes, and has implemented more comprehensive updates to leadership regarding open positions. With the progress and enhancements she’s made in her role, she definitely is an example of our core values C.T.R.I.P! We are so grateful and extremely lucky to have Savannah be a part of our HR family!
