Standing Ovation Goes to Jessica!!!
Over the past month, Jessica has been coming into the office and working overtime, doing her best to ensure all the hard-copy orders we received and processed while we had system issues. We do not know exactly how many orders we received, but we can be assured it has been a plethora of orders. She was a tremendous help to us in managing the workload and ensuring, as a team, we completed items on time. In addition, Jessica was able to help support other groups by searching for the patient, creating and confirming orders, all while still being able to help me keep it all organized and be available for the team with issues or support needed. We recognize the overtime work Jessica put in to solve the challenges in our department. We know it has been challenging, and it has not gone unnoticed. We thank her for her dedication!!!
