Edgar is the best example of an employee that lives out our CTRIP core values. Edgar goes far above and beyond for our patients every day. He does the same for our internal customers as well (Sales, Ops, and CCS). With very little notice, Edgar will load up his work vehicle and head to any other location to assist with stops, even when this means working long and late hours. Edgar steps up routinely to assist other team members with stops and even takes their on-call assignments so that they can have time off. Edgar works more hours and completes more stops than any other technician or Respiratory Therapist in Northern California. He does all of this while also maintaining an excellent efficiency score while performing other tasks. Edgar does the ordering for the Modesto locations inventory, cleans and maintains the warehouse and offices, cleans and maintains equipment for his location and other locations, enters in the monthly efficiency stats for the Modesto, Bakersfield, Milpitas, and Fresno locations, completes the weekly requisition for Modesto and does it all with a smile and a can-do attitude! Edgar is a pleasure to work with and Is a terrific example of what a SuperCare employee should be.”
