Melanie B. is a Super Star!
I would like to nominate Melanie for Employee of the Month for many reasons, not the least of which is her attention to our Optum COVID-19 Telemonitoring Program.
Melanie was recently tasked with ensuring that our clinic orders and emails are taken care of in a timely manner and she has done so very well with the assistance of the rest of our team. She has taken it upon herself to delegate the orders to ensure they are processed timely. We had no idea just how busy the clinic was going to be with more than 190 patients enrolled half way through December, which has already surpassed July as the busiest month of the clinic so far. All this while maintaining a productivity score above 100%.
Having not been with SuperCare quite a year makes this all that much more impressive! Thank you Melanie for your hard work and dedication!
