SuperCare Health to manage 8,000 SCAN Health Plan senior lives from UCLA Health for respiratory and HME-related services
DOWNEY, CA – SuperCare Health – a comprehensive high-touch, high-tech post-acute health care organization that manages chronic care patients – entered into a capitation agreement with UCLA Health and SCAN Health Plan to provide all required medical devices for 8,000 senior lives. The deal expands SuperCare Health’s longtime partnership with SCAN in California.
